General Information - Dance Classes:
The "Intro to Dance" principles can be repeated until you are comfortable with the steps and feel ready to move on.
After the initial introduction we will commence Tribal Basics. This will start you on a journey building
specific dance moves with cues and combinations giving you a dance repertoire.
- All tuition and registration fees are non-refundable , non-transferable and payable by the 2nd week of term. Session rates payable at
the start of each class. - Wear comfortable clothing, bring water and pen or paper for taking notes.
- To be able to dance comfortably and safely you need to keep warm and supple, you will learn to appreciate your body, understand
the muscle groups used and be proud of your femininity Ladies! - We warm up and cool down at each class, this is important and not an optional extra!!
- Our time together is valuable, your questions are encouraged but please do not disrupt the class with idle banter.
- Tribal Spirit Belly Dance is a supportive group activity, these guidelines are to enhance our enjoyment of the class/dancing.

- The Tribe understands the dance language and this allows us to dance together.
- As we grow the different classes will be able to dance together as a collective, we will have the same dance language, creating a
Tribe. Tribal Spirit . - We will incorporate learning zill patterns & drumming workshops as we move forward, there will opportunities to network with other
dance schools and styles as well as Overseas Teachers workshops.
